１、研擬中都磚窯文化園區文化資產與維護機制

　　　　在確定古蹟本體、古蹟涵蓋範圍和保存區開闢後，提出（１）保留古蹟　

窯體之歷史意涵與特色、（２）達成保存與活化再利用之目的、（３）創造高雄市民參與文化想像的機會。

２、強調中都地區有形與無形文化資產之整合與再利用。
