2. 古蹟涵蓋範圍
3. 保存區範圍

     其中,依據古蹟保存與再利用規劃原則,進一步擬定以都市計劃[保存區]為範圍之範圍保存與再利用策略包括:

4. 古蹟本體之特建築技術與美學價值
