中都唐榮磚窯場位於愛河中游之中都地區，乃因民國６０年之中都戲院而得名。此區位於愛河下游之流三塊厝之交流河口北邊位置。清朝時為三塊厝荒郊，三塊厝在明鄭時期即有王、鄭、蔡三姓墾殖於今之自立路、三鳳宮及三鳳中街一帶。因地勢低漥、土質較黏，種植不易，且北邊水塘水路密佈，隔愛河與內惟埤相連，直至日治初期仍是人煙稀少、草莽一片。
