案例分析Case Study

本設計案在極具歷史意義的中都地區推動建置[中都磚窯文化園區],結合鄰近愛河,公園,保存區內的古蹟,歷史建築,共同型塑園區的特色,然而園區緊鄰著特商區,勢必納入考量整體發展,再這樣具有歷史文化,水岸景觀,商業開發的條件下,希望藉由國內外的案例,了解各案例的規劃經驗,作為借鏡,選出一個國內案例(台北華山文化創意園區)及國外開發案例,希望能從中學習,提出對中都地區環境有利的的規劃構想
