　　　　位於中華橫路與中都街轉角處，面臨中華橫路，為磚窯廠辦公室，

　　早期煉瓦會社線及為今中華橫路，以區位研析，煉瓦會社線經過紅磚事

　　務所成為主要管制窗口。紅磚事務所為二層建築，左側為防火巷與早期

　　廠長宿舍為鄰，右側及背立面皆為空地，以凸字形平面配置，牆體為磚

　　造承重牆系統，在區位及磚砌構法上具有相當大的歷史價值。
